Marketers Delight Purchase Terms
LICENSING
Licenses included with any product are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to continue receiving automatic theme updates, and official support.
THEME UPDATES
Marketers Delight (MD) is consistently getting new updates and is actively maintained for new feature releases as well as bug and security fixes (see changelog). All updates sent to your website(s) through the auto updater in your WordPress dashboard with a valid license key activated on your website(s). All valid license key holders are entitled to the full theme file download from the private MD members area, and the same rights are revoked when license key has expired.
THEME USAGE
Don’t think twice: you can use Marketers Delight on as many websites as you want—your friends or your own—with no interruption or disabled features. Auto updates will only be sent to sites with your valid license key enabled on them.
OFFICIAL SUPPORT
You will receive support for any purchase for a year after the purchase date. If you still require support after one year, you will need to renew the license key for your purchase. Official support is given at the MD Forums, and email support is on emergency notice only.
REFUNDS
If you are unable to install Marketers Delight or cannot use Marketers Delight because it breaks your website and support cannot resolve the issue, you may ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds will not be given if you decide to not use, or stop using Marketers Delight.
