Take the AI Pill or Go Broke

Since you've introduced the new version, why not consider MCP? I believe that within months, most people will expect a tool that can be operated through a super app like ChatGPT, Claude, or Grokbot.

I'm not sure I would have made it through the tail end of this launch without the assistance of my AI partners. In fact, putting together the MD.com website and going over security audits are the best uses I've made of the technology yet.

I will have to write more about my journey of adopting the tech, and it was apparent to the more tech fluent users of MD that AI and LLM were missing from any of the launch language for this latest Marketers Delight release.

The answer is, I'm not ignoring it and I have huge plans for AI + MD content and tooling. Once you see this tech, you can't go back. However, nailing the human experience is something I had to get right first in this product as MD is very human-oriented.

MD came from an era where AI felt like it couldn't exist until the 2050's, and our community is full of people who want to write for themselves, as all good writing should be. Getting lost in code and admin screens isn't what we all really signed up for when we started this, it was just the state of things.
