MD5.2.1.2 maintenance release

Marketers Delight 5.2.1.2 has just been released and fixes a few bugs as well as makes some minor CSS selector changes to the header and menu area.

See what's new:

Resolves error messages when all popups are deleted
Removes z-index on .button classes, reduces .image-overlay z-index to 0 to prevent stacking issues.
Applies menu links color settings to .header
