The Simple WordPress Blog Marketing Theme

Since 2011, the Marketers Delight WordPress Theme and ecosystem has helped thousands of bloggers, writers, and marketers at points in their online business journey publish beautiful landing pages, grow their email lists, create engaging blogs, and given them a meaningful home on the Internet.

After years of development and a philosophical rebirth, Alex and the MD team are happy to finally release Marketera Delight 6.0 free for download!

Formerly a paid-only theme, MD6.0 unveils more features and capabilities than ever that finally turns WordPress into a fast-loading, easy to manage, content publishing powerhouse!

Coupled with the growing Drop-ins ecosystem, the MD theme itself not only lays the foundation for a well-designed and performant website but fills in the missing blanks of WordPress that turn it into a reliable and easy-to-extend CMS.

Out of the box, MD is well-designed with a simple admin options panel that make fine-tuning your brand colors and typography as easy as filling out a simple form. Armed with an intuitive Header Builder, Logo customizer, and native Menus, you can get your site navigation knocked out in no time.

Your blog is ready to go as soon as you install the theme, and with your design and typography settings already filled out, you will feel right at home writing in your post editor.

To enhance your posts, you can align your featured image in many ways, create beautiful hero page covers, customize layout options, and more from both the Block and Classic Editors.

Once you create a few posts, the next natural step is to customize how they are listed on your blog homepage and category pages.

You may want to customize things like the number of columns posts are listed in, which author meta appears in the post byline, adding a sidebar, and editing the main title and on-page description, to name a few.

With the unique post type level settings in MD6.0, you can personalize these changes and more and rapidly build extensive post type archives, category, and tag pages with minimal effort. And this level of control doesn’t just stop at your blog.

By installing MD Drop-ins, which you can think of as tailored plugins for the MD theme only, you can finally add new content types to your website without losing the same flexibility that has plagued WordPress websites who aspire to post more than longform blog posts.

Think of a microblog that publishes your site activity with the Stream, a documentation hub that works inside your site, or a compelling Bookshelf to share the books you’re reading with your favorite quotes attached to them. These are only a few examples of what Drop-ins allow you to create, all without the classic worry of “will this plugin work with my theme?”.

The promise to anyone who uses Marketers Delight is to help you create a website that you actually love publishing to, and to deliver content in a way your readers will crave to come back to visit your website for more!

Start by downloading the MD theme for free here and browse the Drop-ins catalog when you are ready to add new features to your website.
